The latest reports out of Nagorno-Karabakh are reporting that Azerbaijan is bombing residential neighborhoods and not military targets as promised. The village of Yeghtsahogh is completely surrounded by Azerbaijani troops. Civilians, including children, have been killed in the shelling of the region.
7,000 people have been evacuated from their villages and are in need of supplies. The 4th century monastery of Amaras has been captured by Azerbaijan. Currently, power is out across the region.
